Playing with reality
Training with intercultural training actors offers participants the opportunity to integrate theory and practice. Training and coaching with actors is the laboratory for daily practice.
During the training the US manager is offered the possibility to practice how to give feedback to his French employee. and the Dutch team-leader can practice on interacting with his Japanese team member.
Entertrainment
Often Entertrainment sessions are held during annual meetings or international working conferences. The training actor may briefly act out a common situation with humor, simultaneously encapsulating specific learning points on a designated topic, such as leadership, teamwork, etc. Consequently, the audience has fun while learning about the subject and learning opportunities may be extended as the topic becomes a conversation piece during the course of the annual meeting. | |
